For Riders
- Confirm trip details before starting your journey
- Share your trip details with a trusted person when possible
- Wear seat belts where available
- Avoid distractions during the ride
- Do not request unsafe driving or illegal actions
For Drivers & Transport Partners
- Maintain valid licenses, permits, and insurance
- Ensure vehicles are roadworthy and clean
- Follow safe driving practices at all times
- Respect passengers and maintain professional conduct
- Do not drive under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or fatigue
- Drivers must comply with all applicable transport and safety laws.
Vehicle Safety
- Vehicles should be regularly inspected and maintained
- Safety equipment (seat belts, lights, brakes) must be functional
- Overloading vehicles is strictly discouraged
Behaviour & Conduct
Godide does not tolerate:
- Harassment, abuse, or discrimination
- Violence or threatening behaviour
- Unsafe or reckless driving
- Misuse of the platform
Violations may lead to restricted access or removal from the platform.

In case of an emergency:

- Move to a safe location if possible
